Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Red Wall Sports Agency ("Red Wall", "we", "us") is a trading name of Ramat Sports Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of redwall.cymru, your player profile, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating a profile or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use Red Wall

• You must be at least 13 years old. The Service is not for children under 13.
• If you are under 18, you may only create a profile with the agreement of a parent or legal guardian, who must read these Terms and the Privacy Policy. When you give us their details, we'll email them a private link to confirm your profile. From that link they can confirm, decide whether your profile may be shared within Ramat Sports Group, or take the profile down at any time. By confirming, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on your behalf. Your own agreement alone is not enough.
• You must give accurate information about yourself and keep it up to date.
• You may create one profile, for yourself only. You may not create a profile for someone else unless you are their parent or guardian acting with their knowledge.

3. Your account and sign-in links

We don't use passwords. We sign you in with one-time links sent to your email address, and keep you signed in on that device for up to 30 days. Because anyone with access to your email could request a sign-in link, keep your email account secure. You're responsible for activity on your profile. If you think someone else has accessed it, tell us straight away at players@redwall.cymru.

4. Your profile and content

Accuracy

Coaches rely on what you post. Your statistics, academic results, playing history, height, weight and other details must be truthful and not misleading. We may ask you to correct, or may hide, information we reasonably believe is inaccurate.

What you can post

You may only upload photos, videos, links and text that you created or have permission to use. Don't post anything that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't include other people's personal information without their permission.

Ownership and permission to display

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You give Red Wall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and share that content for the purpose of operating the Service, including showing your public profile to college coaches, search engines and AI tools, and sharing it with coaches who ask us about you. We will ask for your permission (and your parent or guardian's, if you're under 18) before featuring you in Red Wall's own marketing. Ramat Sports Group LLC also runs Find Your Club and StoryCrowd. We only share your profile with them if you opt in (or, if you're under 18, your parent or guardian does), and you can opt out at any time. This licence ends when you delete your profile, except for copies we're required to keep by law or that remain for a short time in backups.

Public profiles

When your profile is public, anyone can see it, and search engines and other third parties may copy, index or cache it. If you hide or delete your profile we remove it from our site, but we can't control copies others have already made. You can hide your profile at any time from your dashboard.

Our right to remove content

We may edit formatting, and may hide or remove any content or profile that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe could cause harm.

5. No guarantees about recruiting or eligibility

• Red Wall does not guarantee that you will be contacted, recruited, offered a roster place, admitted to any college, or awarded a scholarship or financial aid.
• Any scores, matches or recommendations, including the Fit Finder and its demo (which uses sample data), are estimates based on information available to us. They may be incomplete or out of date and are not a promise of any outcome.
• Eligibility decisions are made by the NCAA Eligibility Center, the NAIA Eligibility Center, the NJCAA, conferences and individual colleges, and their rules change. We are not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA or any college.
• You're responsible for following the rules of the governing bodies that apply to you, including amateurism and recruiting rules. Our guidance is not legal, immigration, visa, tax or financial advice.

6. College coaches

Coaches who want to contact you reach Red Wall first. We decide whether and how to pass on an enquiry and will only share your contact details with a coach with your permission (and your parent or guardian's, if you're under 18). We can't guarantee coaches will contact you or respond.

7. Paid services

Your profile is free. We also offer, or plan to offer, paid services such as consultation, placement support and the Fit Finder research tool. The price, what's included, payment terms and any refund rights will be set out before you buy, either on the site at checkout or in a separate written agreement, and those terms will apply alongside these Terms. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we don't store your card details. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Things you must not do

• Scrape, copy or collect profiles or data from the Service by automated means, or use it to build a competing database.
• Impersonate anyone, or create false or duplicate profiles.
• Try to access another person's profile, misuse sign-in links, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, or to contact players for any purpose other than legitimate recruiting.
• Copy, modify or reverse-engineer our website, tools or data except as the law allows.

9. Our property

The Service, including our website design, the Fit Finder, our data and compilations, and the Red Wall name and logo, belongs to Ramat Sports Group LLC or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use the Service as intended under these Terms.

10. Other services we link to

Profiles may include videos hosted on services like YouTube, Hudl or Veo, and payments are handled by Stripe. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

11. Ending your use

You can delete your profile at any time from your dashboard, which removes it from our site. We may suspend or remove a profile or account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect players, coaches or the Service. Sections 4 (licence for backups and legal copies), 5, 9, 12, 13 and 14 continue after your account ends.

12. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Service, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that information on it is complete or current.

13. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramat Sports Group LLC and its owners, staff and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities, scholarships or earnings, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you're a consumer living in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or on the site. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply.
