Privacy Policy
Effective October 18, 2026
The short version. We collect what you put in your profile so coaches can find you. Your name, position, stats, academics, photo and film are public once you choose to go public. Your email, phone number, date of birth and parent/guardian details are never shown publicly. We don't sell your data. You can edit your profile, hide it, or delete it yourself at any time.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Red Wall Sports Agency is a trading name of Ramat Sports Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Ramat Sports Group LLC also runs two other businesses: Find Your Club (youth sports club and program discovery) and StoryCrowd (college athletics video storytelling). We are the "controller" of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us about privacy at players@redwall.cymru.

You give us most of this directly when you fill in the signup form or edit your profile. We don't knowingly collect information about children under 13.
3. How we use it, and our legal basis
If you're in the UK or EU, data protection law requires us to explain the legal basis for each use:
- Publishing your public profile so coaches, search engines and AI tools can find you: your consent, given when you tick the box to make your profile public. You can withdraw it at any time by hiding or deleting your profile.
- Running your account: signing you in, saving your edits, sending you sign-in links and service emails, and providing any service you buy: performing our agreement with you.
- Passing on coach enquiries and, with your permission, sharing your contact details with a coach: your consent.
- Contacting a parent or guardian to confirm an under-18 profile, and keeping the Service safe and secure: our legitimate interests in protecting young players and preventing misuse.
- Sharing your profile within Ramat Sports Group (Find Your Club and StoryCrowd) so they can tell you about clubs, camps, showcases and opportunities: your consent, or your parent or guardian's if you're under 18. This is optional and off unless you switch it on. You can switch it off any time from your dashboard (or, for a parent, from their confirmation link), or by emailing us.
- Telling you about Red Wall services, such as when the Fit Finder launches: our legitimate interests. Every such email lets you opt out.
- Keeping records required by law, such as payment records: legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
- The public. Your public profile can be seen by anyone, including college coaches, and may be indexed or copied by search engines and AI tools.
- College coaches. Coaches contact Red Wall, not you directly. We only share your email or phone number with a coach with your permission (and your parent or guardian's, if you're under 18).
- Within Ramat Sports Group, only if you opt in (your parent or guardian, if you're under 18). We share your profile and contact details with Find Your Club and StoryCrowd, which are run by the same company and protect your information under this policy. They use it only to tell you about relevant clubs, camps, showcases and opportunities, and stop when you opt out. Players who don't opt in are never shared.
- Our team. The Red Wall team, including contractors who work for us in the UK and US, can see your full record so they can support you.
- Service providers who process data for us under contract:
- Sanity: secure database that stores profiles and photos
- Netlify: website hosting and server processing
- Resend: sending sign-in and service emails
- Stripe: processing payments for paid services
- Google Fonts: website fonts (your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address)
- YouTube: playing highlight videos embedded on profiles (in privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube may set cookies when a video is played)
- Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect someone's safety, we may share information with authorities.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.
5. International transfers
We're based in the United States, and our service providers store and process data in the US and other countries. If you're in the UK or EU, your data will be transferred outside the UK/EU. Where the law requires, we rely on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses used by our providers.
6. Cookies
We use one essential cookie, rw_s, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It's signed so it can't be forged, and it's only used for signing in. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded YouTube videos may set their own cookies when played.
7. Young players
- Red Wall is not for children under 13, and our signup form won't accept a date of birth under 13. If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we delete it.
- Players aged 13 to 17 must give us a parent or guardian's name and email. We email the parent or guardian a private link to confirm the profile. A player's own say-so isn't treated as their parent's agreement.
- From that link, a parent or guardian can confirm the profile, decide whether it may be shared within Ramat Sports Group, or take it down straight away. Sharing within the group is off for under-18s unless a parent or guardian switches it on.
- A parent or guardian can contact us at any time to review, correct or delete an under-18 player's information.
- Date of birth, email, phone and guardian details are never published.
- We never sell or rent any player's information, and we don't use young players' information for targeted advertising.
- California residents under 18 can ask us to remove anything they've posted on Red Wall (California Business and Professions Code §22581) by emailing players@redwall.cymru. Removal may not cover copies other people have made.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your profile and account information for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account from your dashboard, we delete your profile record and photo from our live systems straight away. Copies may remain in our providers' backups for a short period before being overwritten. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
9. Keeping it secure
Your private details are stored in a private database that only our own server code can read. The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), sign-in links work once and expire, and session cookies are cryptographically signed. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you and the relevant authorities about a serious breach where the law requires.
10. Your rights
You can edit, hide or delete your profile yourself at any time from your dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:
- get a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew).
To make a request, email players@redwall.cymru. We'll respond within one month. If you're in the UK and unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. EU residents can contact their local data protection authority. US residents, including in California, can use the same email to exercise the rights their state law gives them.
11. Changes to this policy
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date, and tell you by email or on the site if the changes are significant.
